Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the amount of your order.  With a minimum shipping and handling charge of $10.00.  The sliding scale is as follows:
Up to $99.00 - 11%
$100.00 - $199.99 - 10%
$200.00 - $399.99 - 9%
$400.00 and up 8%
